For phone orders of in-stock items placed by 3:00 PM EST on business days, we ship the same day. Website orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on business days are usually shipped the same day as well. For urgent website orders requiring same-day shipping, we recommend calling to confirm product availability or placing your order entirely by phone.
First-time customers must have their first order shipped to their billing address. Orders from outside the USA and Canada require prepayment; a Rovers North Sales Team representative will reach out to you regarding payment and shipping costs. When contacting Rovers North, please note we have two phone numbers: our 800 number is for ordering parts and includes professional advice, while our 802 number is for detailed technical support when you're in need of guidance for diagnosis or repairs. Special order parts are always welcome, though first-time customers will need to provide a deposit. We offer both expedited air service and economical ocean freight. For customers in the United States and Canada, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, C.O.D., or personal checks. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 days or until the check clears. If your check is returned due to insufficient or uncollected funds, we may electronically re-present it. A handling charge of $25 or the maximum allowable by law will apply to returned checks.
Orders from outside the United States and Canada require prepayment. A Rovers North Sales Team representative will reach out to you regarding payment and shipping costs. If you're located outside the U.S. or Canada and would like an estimate before placing an order, please contact us first.
COD: All payments must be made in Money Orders or Cashier's Checks (US dollars). COD orders must be delivered to an address where you can pay and sign for your order.

After this time, your order will be shipped on the next business day. We typically use standard ground shipping unless you request a different method. Options include regular ground, 3-day select, 2nd day air, and next day air for overnight delivery. Larger items will be sent via truck freight. For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact us to determine the best shipping method. We will do our best to pick, pack, and ship your order as cost-effectively as possible.
For all International orders: All customs charges, duties/tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charged by Rovers North.
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you find that it’s damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier immediately. For UPS, you can reach them at 1-800-742-5877. Do not return the package to Rovers North.
Please note that painted, modified, or altered items cannot be returned. It is the customer's responsibility to verify part fitment, accuracy, and condition before making any modifications or painting.
Rovers North is not able to select parts or guarantee fitment for Santana, Otokar, Perentie, or other vehicles that were not manufactured by Land Rover in the UK. It is best if you supply the part number while ordering. Purchases for these vehicles are always “at your own risk”. If the part does not fit, you will be responsible for return shipping and potential restocking fees per the above Return Policy.
