Billet aluminum Series transfer case sump cover. Stronger than the original steel cover and has cooling fins to keep transfer case oil cool in harsh operating conditions. Solid aluminum construction eliminates oil leaks caused by the dissimilar expansion rates of the transfer case housing and original sump cover under changing temperatures. Includes gasket and replacement mounting bolts.

Pre-1980 vehicles will be able to use the existing slotted-type drain plug and washer. Later vehicles with the metric recessed head drain plug will need to purchase a slotted-type plug to fit the threads in this casing.
