This is a fully inclusive water wading kit. It includes a timing cover plate and a five-way manifold which combines all breather pipes into one. This pipe is made of Polyethylene/Aluminum (has aluminum lining inside the pipe) that can be formed into shape and clipped to the snorkel or behind the cab out of harms way. The axle fittings are also a very close fit to the axle casing to help stop the pipes being torn off.

Installation: To fit the kit, position the manifold where you would like it (likely on the bulkhead). Replace the gearbox and transfer box breather fittings with the 6mm swivel fittings or you use the original gearbox and transfer box pipes and extend them with the 6mm pipe couplings supplied to the manifold. One can also use the original axle pipes and extend them to the manifold or replace them completely with the 6mm pipe supplied. The two axle fittings will have to be fitted into the axles. Fit the timing cover plate and run the 8mm pipe to the manifold. The final step is fitting the main breather pipe which can be sent up the snorkel or located behind the cab. The manifold has 3 x 6mm ports. Use the Y connector to join the two gearbox pipes into a single pipe and then to the manifold.

The kit includes:

10 meters 6mm nylon pipe.

5 meters 8mm nylon pipe.

2 meters 8mm malform pipe to go up the snorkel or behind the cab, this tube has a aluminum insert and once it is bent into shape it will stay that way.

2 x 90 degree close fit screw in axle breather fittings.

2 x 90 degree swivel gearbox fittings.

4 x 6mm straight push fit connectors.

1 x 8mm straight push fit connector.

4 x 8mm Stainless Steel P clips with stainless screws.

1 x 5 way manifold with screws 3x 6mm ports 2x 8mm ports.

1 x 6mm Y connector (joins 2 pipes into 1).

1 x Timing cover plate and fittings.

2 x Wading plugs.

20 x short cable ties.

10 x long cable ties.

Fits: Defender 200 & 300 TDI, Discovery 200 & 300 TDI, RRC 200 & 300 TDI.
